Black Bear

Ursus americanus

Description:

This bear was curious but not agitated, just snooping around. Northern Alberta and B.C. is prolific with bears and generally not a problem but they should be treated with caution and respect.

I was about 10 feet away, but in an open doorway that I could duck into if needed. As I said he was not aggressive or agitated, we were very aware of each other. Thanks for the comment.
