Reduvius personatus
This is a nymph. Nymphs purposefully coat themselves in lint, dust, and other debris to disguise themselves. They frequently stray indoors, hunting bed bugs and other small insects.
Around human habitations, barns, and other situations where swallows nest in large numbers.
This species tends to specialize as a predator of bed bugs, swallow bugs, and related true bugs in the family Cimicidae.

No, I don't think so, Ava. People would not want to risk a painful bite from one of these, either!
Since these are predators of bed bugs, could they be used to help in the current bed bug infestation of New York?
Thank you for the compliments, Atul!
