Brown shrike

Description:

This is a relatively small predatory bird, size of a sparrow, with brown back and brown crown and white frontal parts.

Habitat:

Here, observed in totally urban setting of Cox's Bazar, but in paddy fields close to beaches.

Notes:

As most of it's cousins from the Lanius genus, it is also called Butcher bird,
