Silver Orb Weaver

Description:

1 - 1.5 cm slender legs with a startling silver abdomen. Also called Humped orb weaver because of the shape. The scientific name is being changed to L. granulata

Habitat:

Hanging in horizontal orb webs. In this case the subjects were found at less than 50cm from the ground among potted bromeliads and in a nearby Viola hederacea garden.
