Mayfly exoskeleton

Description:

The semi-transparent Exuvia left over by a Mayfly. Whitish with some parts dark in color. This is easily recognized as a mayfly's through it's 2 long cerci and slender shape. Mayflies are abundant here because of the presence of Balung River which runs through this resort.

Habitat:

Close to the river around Balung River Eco Resort, Balung, Tawau.
