Stapelia leendertziae

Description:

Stapelia leendertziae has large widely funnel-shaped flowers that is brown-red in colour and have a very hairy upper surface. Flowers are produced at the base or in the lower half from new branches. The pungent smell attracts flies, which pollinate the flowers.

Habitat:

The Road, Saba. Volcanic Island in the Caribbean Sea

Notes:

In a friends garden. Native South African and Nobody knows how it got here.
