Hawaiian Fan Palm

Pritchardia glabrata

Description:

There is a beautiful state garden near Konehoe Bay we visited. The botinist there identified this as a Pritchardia glabrata. The palm is about 12 feet tall and the frawns looked like they had been hit with sea spray. Very beautiful.
