Baikal Teal or Common Teal in eclipse plumage was my initial thought.

it's not garganey and neither it is in list of ducks on orientalbirdimages.
For now i've posted it on birdforum...lets see what it is.:)

Not sure but these could be Garganeys. You can check: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garganey or you can try uploading it on www.birdforum.net you just need to register once. They are good with the I.D's.
