Bright orange and black wasp. Black wings and legs.
Found on the leaf litter in front of my workshop.
Males had been flying around, just above the ground, in this area for several weeks. Sometimes as many as three. This is the first time I saw one walking around on the ground. A wingless female was also seen in this area often.

Never seen a male of these wasps. It's good to have a look at both sexes side by side. Thanks Tom.
