Thanks beaker98 and AngelSeven! Leaning towards the Dogbane beetle rather than the Rose Chafer because of that little triangle piece between the upper wing cases on the Chafer is missing here.

I think it's a type of Scarab Beetle (Genus: Cetonia)...!
