I think it is Lyconotus lateralis like this one: http://bugguide.net/node/view/501448
Note the border of the black mark on the orange part. In both pictures (with the head of the beetle to the left) the edge is like < but in C. terminale it's > that is in L. lateralis the black makes an arrow pointing to the head, and in the other the orange makes an arrow pointing to the rear. Also the width of the pronotum.
