Hesperiidae; Hesperiinae; Caltoris philippina philippina Herrich-Schäffer 1869. It seems superfluous to say that this subspecies is present in Philippines, but it is and Wikipedia confirms it in the article on C. philippina.
Spotted on foliage in a rice field which has been allowed to rest and grow wild this year.
