I agree with Chun. This is a species of Tree Cricket. This one is a male. They are in Subfamily Oecanthinae. I am not sure of the species in your area though. I have a couple of his relatives here:

Must be a Cricket.... or Katydid.... Narrow winged.

This is called a Tree Cricket.
It is quite amazing how they sing by beating their wings together.
