Waved albatross

Phoebastria irrorata

Three waved albatross were seem to be involved in a courtship (see also video). One albatross was sitting on the ground and two others were approaching the bird. The three interacted with each other for quite a while before the sitting albatross appeared to reject one bird that then wandered off. The footage was taken at Punta Suárez, Española Island, Galápagos.
