I believe this is a male of Neurothemis fluctuans with wing pattern where the border of the red area of the curves back to meet the hind margin well before the level of the pterostigma (http://travel.mongabay.com/indonesia/ima..., http://rmbr.nus.edu.sg/dna/organisms/det...).
