Spergularia rubra is a plant species in the pink family (Caryophyllaceae). It is native to Europe and Asia, and it is been introduced in New Zealand and in many areas around the world. This tiny pink flower was spotted at Queen Elizabeth park, Kapiti coast, NZ.
