I think he got messed with a little bit on his rear end from a dog and passerbyers, but I moved him aside so he made it across.

Habitat:

Lake in a mixed coniferous-deciduous forest.

You are correct in all aspects... it can be called either "Woolly Bear" or Isabella Tiger Moth caterpillar. :)
