I think this is the Horse Dung Fungus (Pisolithus tinctorius).
For this please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pisolithus_... and if you can brake a piece to see if the inside of the mushroom resembles the one in the picture, then you can say for sure if it is or isn't this kind of mushroom.
