Approximately 0.75" long (not including antennae) Distinctive pattern; color may vary.
Range: New York, Ontario west to Nebraska and south to Florida and Texas; Mexico: Bahamas Prairies and grasslands. Feed on nectar and pollen. These were feeding on flowers of Hoary Mountainmint (Pycnanthemum incanum).
