Habitat:

Vast open field with very short grass, yucca, sunflowers, scattered cacti and elm trees.

To "outdooreducation15": Called a "cuckoo wasp" because it is parasitic on other kinds of wasps, as the "cuckoo" bird is parasitic on other birds.
