Winged Sumac wildflower spotted near Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
This is a fairly young plant which made a bit hard to find a match. But your picture is great - capturing the leaves and stem. The pollen and nectar of this plant attract some interesting insects if you get a chance to observe.
