American Crow

Corvus brachyrhynchos

Habitat:

Fields, open woodlands, and forests. They thrive around people, and you’ll often find them in agricultural fields, lawns, parking lots, athletic fields, roadsides, towns, and city garbage dumps.

Notes:

Very commonly seen here in Everglades National Park. This one was perched right next to the boardwalk at Pa-hay-okee Overlook. It had just finished eating a lizard.
