Brown Planthopper about 4 mm long with dark, upright wings. There are small, clear windows along the edges of the wings. The eyes are lighter than the body and have a wavy pattern in them.

They do, indeed! When I squinted my eyes to see what moved on the ladder, I thought it looked like Mickey Mouse :)
Funny fellow... These Planthoppers surely come in all shapes, designs and colours !
