Upright-winged Issid Planthopper

Description:

Brown Planthopper about 4 mm long with dark, upright wings. There are small, clear windows along the edges of the wings. The eyes are lighter than the body and have a wavy pattern in them.

Habitat:

Backyard oak woodland on a ladder.

Notes:

Yes Mickey Mouse indeed !!

They do, indeed! When I squinted my eyes to see what moved on the ladder, I thought it looked like Mickey Mouse :)
