Fruiting body up to 3 inches wide and high Brain-like to multi-lobed gelatinous mass; pale yellow to orange-yellow Dries to a dark orange ‘crust’

Habitat:

Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North and South America Saprophytic Single or clustered on recently fallen branches Year-round.

Notes:

Witch's butter can dry down and rehydrate many times Edible
