Spotted Sea Hare

Habitat:

In tropical and subtropical oceans, mostly in high subtidal to intertidal areas on sandy or rocky substrate with dense algae cover.

Notes:

There were quite a few of these guys (I've only ever seen 1 at a time) gracing on the submerged rocks of the jetty by the Lighthouse at Bill Baggs Park. Love seeing them.
