I believe that Agnes is right with Microchrysa flaviventris. (sorry for my misdirection earlier with the big headed fly guess)

Hi Jolly, there's a species occurring in the Philippines, I just realized now - Microchrysa fuscistigma (http://www.globalspecies.org/ntaxa/42432...), although there's no available image in the net. On the other hand, if you check the distribution of M. flaviventris, it seems it's all around our neighborhood (http://www.globalspecies.org/ntaxa/42431...).
