Description:

The Yellow Pansy (Junonia hierta) is a species of nymphalid butterfly found in the Palaeotropics.

Habitat:

Usually seen in open scrub and grassland habitats.

Notes:

Now I have found the Peacock Pansy Junonia (Precis) almana, Yellow Pansy Junonia (Precis) hierta, Chocolate Pansy, Junonia (Precis) iphita Lemon Pansy Junonia (Precis) lemonias and Blue Pansy Junonia orithya in my garden or the open area behind it!
