Swan Plant Moth

Glyphodes onychinalis

Description:

This Swan Plant moth had a wingspan of about 20 mm with lacey patterend see through wings (hence the green appearance in the photo). The Caterpillars feed on the swan plant flowers and oleander in the garden. This one was spotted hiding out under a leaf on a grapefruit tree at 3.00 in the afternoon.
