Lucilia cf. sericata
Actually I am not so familiar with flies, but feeding habit might indeed be a clue. Sericata is more common.
How do you differenciate Caesar from Sericata? apart maybe from their feeding habits.
Calliphoridae, Lucilia sp. and most probably Lucilia sericata, the most common one. Another candidate might be Lucilia caesar, that's why I would put a cf. in the scientific name.
