Bombycilla cedrorum
The cedar waxwing eats berries and sugary fruit year-round, including juniper berries and ivy berries, with insects becoming an important part of the diet in the breeding season. I often see them on my privet tree but this is the first time one has come to the feeder. I don't think it took any seeds, however.
