Red-breasted Merganser

Mergus serrator

Description:

Spiky crest with a long thin red bill. Males have a dark head with a green sheen, a white neck with a reddish streaky breast, a black back, and white collar. Females have a rusty head, white grey underparts and muddy colored back and wings.

Habitat:

Lakes, ponds and bays.

Notes:

Spotted in SF bay, off Rodeo with Scaup.

I did see that! I have never been able to add 6 missions...I'll see if a ranger can fix it...don't worry about it! ;-)

There is a problem If you noticed you can't have more then 5 missions and this lists 6. I can't seem to remove it from this computer.
