Hi Sisir, this lovely creature is a species of Meadow Katydid from Tribe Conocephalini. I am not sure of the species in your area though. Your particular Katydid is a female and a nymph. You can tell that it is a female because of the sword-like thing extending from the end of the abdomen (called an ovipositor). The wings are not fully formed so she is definately not fully grown.
