No I did not.. Their host plants were parsley & celery.. If I put them back the organic farmer I worked for would have eradicated them. Queen Ann's Lace is a prevalent wildflower in our area though, they would have had no trouble finding some..

Were you able to put them back on one of their host plants? I hope so. If that would happen again you could try to put them on Queen Ann's Lace.

Thank You so much Noslen37.. I worked on an organic farm over the summer & kept finding these guys everywhere.. My boss kept saying they were Monarch caterpillars, but I knew without a doubt they weren't. He wanted us to kill them, but I would just put them on my shirt & relocate them away from the crops.. They love to eat parsley & celery. :-)
