Leaf-curling Spider

Description:

Long legged, pea-sized spider found in a curled leaf inside an orb web

Habitat:

Woodlands and gardens that have leaves and are not too disturbed

Notes:

These spider get crazy when they are scared and can move fast and be aggressive. Although it is not common to find people who are bitten by them that may be because the spider bites and runs. It is not out to bite but it gets frantic when disturbed. Here we have the leaf as well as the egg sac
