First thought was that it looks like a potato beetle, but the Colorado potato beetle doesn't have those brown stripes mixed in with the black and white. Then I came across a close relative, the false potato beetle (Leptinotarsa juncta): looks quite similar to the photo on Wikipedia, I think https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_pota...
