Ixias pyrene
Sorry, Sushi for the confusion with my suggestion. In the meanwhile I would certainly agree that yours is Ixias pyrene.
One more difference to tell White Orange Tip has two Thick Black Borders around Orange colour on upperwing in dorsal view what is totally different from this...

good morning guys :-) i agree with "pyrene"
pyrene - male - http://slbutterflies.lk/Image.php?cid=28...
marianne - male - http://www.learnaboutbutterflies.com/Ixi...
hope they are correctly IDed ;-)
Yellow Orange tip... check Black border on Upperwing.... which specie have such broad Black Border around Orange Tip... its I. pyrene
I'm sleepy now :o will check tomorrow morning...it's close to midnight here :-)
According to this one it is Marianne:

Distance from the orange patch to the margin is the same. But the ID on Wiki might also be wrong. The rectangle notch looks also more like Marianne whereas the narrow notch like in this shot speaks more for Pyrene.
So I would also tend to Pyrene, and once more: Do not trust IDs on the web ;-)... Do ye have the same arguments, Nuwan?
according to this image it's Ixias pyrene

My Indian friends should take a look at this one. Definitely an Ixias sp. and Marianne is very close. There is another one: Ixias pyrene. Please, verify and help to find the definite ID.
