Wood Oysterling?

Melanotus horizontalis?

Description:

The biggest was about 8mm across. The smallest was about 3mm across. Growing on fallen deciduous tree. I found this one again Sep 2014: http://www.ispotnature.org/node/442094 and another time: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/886... Simocybe haustellaris? That guess (Simocybe haustellaris) is just based on the way the stem attaches to substrate and the size.
