You'll quickly learn that Belted Kingfishers (BeKi for short) are one of the most annoying birds to photograph!

Ok thanks Liam! I had actually just figured it was a Belted by zooming in on the second picture and seeing the full white belly instead of the half white belly on the Green. Thanks again!

Green Kingfisher wouldn't show the "windows" in the wings. The wings are completely opaque on Green: http://www.gregmillerbirding.com/wp-cont...

Ok so I just looked at both in flight and it really could be either. I will wait to see if Liam knows, or if it's even possible to tell. Thanks Jellis!

Looks like a torpedo.
But by this photo you are correct. But if it is a Green or Belted I can't say.
