Lichen Moth

Description:

A Lichen Moth with a surprising amount of pink coloring on the wings. Family Geometridae, about 1.5 cm in length. Another specimen (that looks like a male) and is smaller and lighter at 1 cm in length, came to an ultraviolet light in the same place on 4 April 2016 (last 3 pictures).

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
