Hi John I know what you mean about the difficulty finding local missions. I've taken to looking at what missions other people that I see in Indonesia have included their pictures under. Shame you can't just search Indonesia and all the missions show up. Oh well I'm sure it's something that will improve in the future :)

I hope it will be more flexible and reliable. Don't get me wrong. I like and thank projectnoah as it is at the moment.

John, this is an awesome mantid! It looks like something from Genus Theopompa. Perhaps Theopompa servillei. I'm not positive on that though. Apparently it is variable in color and pattern. Here are some web links that might help:
