Long-nosed Leopard Lizard

Gambelia wislizenii

Description:

I'd say about a foot long.

Habitat:

Sonoran Desert scrubland

Notes:

The largest and arguably the most striking lizard I've seen so far. Spotted near Signal Ridge Trail in the Tucson Mountain District of Saguaro National Park.
