Rainbow Mabuya

Trachylepis quinquetaeniata

Description:

Small-ish lizard, possilby a skink because of the body shape, with a sliver/brown body, sold stripes running along its dorsal side to a bright metallic blue tail. Spotted in proximity to a male Agama Agama lizard but I don't think this is sexual dimorphism due to the skink-like body shape.

Habitat:

Rock wall near a campsite in Masvingo, Zimbabwe.
