Hexathele hochstetteri
Young (immature) Hexathele hochstetteri (banded tunnel web spiders), spotted in my back yard fence, Kilbirnie Wellington NZ. I missed the chance to take pics from the big female one I spotted the other day, basically because I had to run inside the house to pick up my camera, and when I came back she was gone! But I know she is around because I saw her new litter of spiderlings, and I am waiting to see her again, soon :)
