Your specimen also has thoracic stripes that are not on other pictures of this species. Maybe this is a subspecies for Chiapas? I hope bayucca can have a look at this.
Hi Luis, this one is so beautiful, it was hard to believe at first that it was a Skipper, but the body shape and antennae give it away. None of the species pictures that I found have the red behind the head, a local variation maybe?http://www.backyardnature.net/chiapas/butter02.htm
