Mecaphesa celer

Description:

Adult female 5.6mm. This is the common yellow form of this species. The species is also known to have a red pattern that makes it very similar to Mecaphesa dubia. ID'd by dissection of the epigynum. I raised one offspring male of hers to adulthood to confirm the ID.

Habitat:

Found on a yellow flower.
