Description:

Very similar to Acmon Blue, but has an orange stripe on the underside of the *front* wing as well as the hind wing.

Habitat:

Spotted nectaring on flowers in a dry meadow in Stratton Open Space. Surrounding habitat is Gambel Oak thickets and, higher up, pine forest.

Notes:

A common species on the Front Range.
