The sapho longwing caterpiller is quite unique. It's only breeds on one specific plant, the Passion Vine, also known as the Pittier's Passion Vine. If the plant goes extinct the butterfly will surely follow. Its origin is Costa Rica and is from the Heliconidae family

This beautiful sapho longwing butterfly was spotted at a butterfly garden in Sioux falls, South Dakota.
