This looks like a turtle dove but with a crest. Never seen one like this before.
ok thanks Liam. Even her coloring is different. Thought maybe she got crossed with a quail!
Could be she's having a bad hair day, but I suspect a deformed skull causing the strange tuft, similar to domestic Crested Ducks: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crested_Duc...)
