I think it is the other very similar one. Dynamine aerata aerata. The ventral view is "identical". But the dorsal view shows in yours and Aerata a very small dark "notch" at the outer base on the forewing, whereas in Artemisia it is a clear "rectangular" patch atthe same location. In addition there is a tiny and short blue line following the margin towards the tip of the forewing in Aerata and yours, in Artemisia the margin is dark without a line. Please, check yourself!
