Description:

A strikingly patterned bird, 6-8 inches long and is mainly black, with a white iris, white facial tufts and yellow margins on its wing and tail feathers. It is a very active bird and rarely sits long enough to give a good view.

One minute I was photographing a noisy miner and the next this guy pops into view. I feel quite lucky to have gotten this series
